Our range of oxygen analyzers are designed to monitor gas produced or used in industrial processes where trace oxygen from low parts per million to pure O2 must be precisely measured. Utilizing AII’s high performance galvanic oxygen sensors these advanced instruments are simple to use with a common HMI and menu structure across-the-range chassis. Operators only need to learn just one instrument for multiple gas analysis applications at various oxygen levels. Available as bench-, 19" rack-, panel- and wall-mounted for flexible installation.

Analysis: 0-1%, 0-5%, 0-10%, 0-25% FS ranges Auto-ranging or manual lock on a single range
Application: Oxygen analysis in inert, helium, hydrogen, mixed and acid (CO2) gas streams

Flow: Not flow sensitive
Pressure: Inlet - regulate to 5-30 psig to deliver 2 SCFH flow; vent – atmospheric
Power: Universal; specify 100 or 200 VAC for heater system
Sensor Model: GPR sensor for non-acid (CO2) gas streams and XLT sensor for gas mixture with > 0.5% CO2
Temp. Range: 5ºC to 45ºC (GPR sensor), -10°C to 45° (XLT sensor)
