Our range of oxygen analyzers are designed to monitor gas produced or used in industrial processes where trace oxygen from low parts per million to pure O2 must be precisely measured. Utilizing AII’s high performance galvanic oxygen sensors these advanced instruments are simple to use with a common HMI and menu structure across-the-range chassis. Operators only need to learn just one instrument for multiple gas analysis applications at various oxygen levels. Available as bench-, 19" rack-, panel- and wall-mounted for flexible installation.
AII GPR-1600 PPM Oxygen Analyzer
-Accuracy: < 2% of FS range under constant conditions
Analysis: 0-10, 0-100, 0-1000 PPM, 0-1%, 0-25% (CAL) FS Auto-ranging or manual lock on a single range
Application: Oxygen analysis in inert, helium, hydrogen, mixed and acid (CO2) gas streams
Area Classification: General purpose
Flow: Not flow sensitive
Pressure: Inlet - regulate to 5-30 psig to deliver 2 SCFH flow; vent – atmospheric
Power: Universal 100-240 VAC; option heater system (specify 110 or 220 VAC)
Sensor Model: GPR-12-333 for non-acid (CO2) gas streams XLT-12-333 for gas mixture with > 0.5% CO2
Temp. Range: 5ºC to 45ºC (GPR sensor), -10°C to 45°C (XLT)
